3. User-Generated Content & Projects

• Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the code, designs, and projects you upload. We do not claim ownership of your work.
• License to Display: By uploading a project, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute your project publicly on our platform.
• Responsibility: You guarantee that your submissions do not violate any third-party copyrights, patents, or trade secrets.

4. Hackathons & Events

Our platform hosts hackathons organized by third parties. We are a hosting platform and are not responsible for the fulfillment of prizes, the judging process, or the independent rules set by external organizers. If you enter a hackathon, you must adhere to its specific rules in addition to these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts to scrape data, profiles, or projects from the platform.
• Submit malicious code, malware, or spam.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may also delete your account at any time via your profile settings.
